These Website Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, our Cookies Policy, and our API Terms of Use) form the basis on which you may use our website. For API users, you must also comply with our additional API Terms of Use.
Accessing Music Story’s website
Your access to our website (including but not limited to: www.music-story.com, and any other service powered by Music Story) via web, personal computer, mobile device, connected device or otherwise (collectively the “Website”) is expressly conditioned on your compliance with and acceptance of these Website Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Website Terms your only remedy is to cease accessing or using the Website.
Music Story reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Website Terms at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the amended Website Terms on this page and will indicate the effective date at the top. If you do not agree to the Website Terms as amended, your only remedy is to stop using the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Website Terms.
Music Story may, in its sole discretion, update the Website from time to time and may change the content provided at any time. Music Story does not guarantee that the Website or any content on it is free from errors or omissions.
Music Story has the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Website Terms. You agree that Music Story shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Website.
Without limiting any provision herein, Music Story makes no warranty that any particular computer, portable device, or other hardware will be compatible with Music Story’s Website. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your playback system(s) will function correctly with the application.
Usage Rules
Your use of Content is governed by our Terms of Service. You agree not to:

Music Story will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.
We have no obligation to monitor the Website but shall be entitled to review materials posted to a communications facility and, at our sole discretion, to remove any material that breaches these Website Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Music Story is concerned about the safety and privacy of its users, particularly children. Parents who wish to allow their children access to and use of the Website should supervise such access and use. It is your responsibility to determine which if any portions of the Website are suitable for your child to access.
You agree to cover and repay any loss suffered by Music Story in the event that you breach these Website Terms, and a claim or demand is brought against Music Story, arising out of your use of the Website and/or any content submitted, posted or transmitted through the Website.

However, by doing so you are granting Music Story a world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive licence to copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publicly display, edit, translate or publish such content for as long as you elect to display such content via the Website. The licence shall be terminated when such content is deleted from the Website.

What information do we collect about you?
When you visit our websites, we may automatically capture and record information about your visit, such as the full clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page. If you register for an API Key, you will be asked to provide contact details as part of the application process.
If you go on to make a purchase, you will be required to provide card details. The majority of payment details are not collected by Music Story but instead by our third party payment processor.
How do we use your information?
Information on website use and any information we receive from other sources, is generally stored and analysed on an aggregated basis and used by us to monitor and improve the performance of our technology and the design of our website. For security reasons, some information may also be logged and kept for our internal security audit log, which may be linked to your IP address. u or them.
Registered user details, if you have registered for our Services we will principally use your information to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us.
Payment information, is principally dealt with by our third party payment processor and will therefore only be used by us to check that it is a valid method of payment and to validate your location. Payment information is not kept by Music Story other than in anonymised form, to facilitate the provision of the services to you (for example, where you ask us to store your credit or debit card number for quick payment). You will always be able to remove any such stored payment details.
Who do we share your information with?
Your registered details, in order to provide services to you we may share your information (and associated identifiable website usage data) with selected third parties, including:
- Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors;
- Our third party payment processor, for the purpose of processing your payment details and purchasing music services from us;

The data that we collect from you is principally stored in France but may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
